Taking part in the LASER trial is entirely voluntary.
If you decide that you do not want to continue with the trial then your research doctor will make arrangements for your usual asthma care to continue. You do not have to give a reason for your withdrawal from the trial.
Early withdrawal from the trial may impact on your eligibility for the 4 year follow-on treatment period with the active Airsonett® treatment device following completion of the trial.
